If you are in CWM recovery and you need to go back to stock recovery, you can flash this file

Instruction:
download the file
copy it to your INTERNAL storage (emmc)
boot to CWM
flash the file

one of the reason why you would want to restore the stock recovery is when you want to bring it to CM service center, or you want to sell your flare and you want it in factory state.
